Open the hosting panel
- Sign in to your Dprime Hosting client area.
- Open Services and select the active hosting service you want to manage.
- Use the control-panel link shown with the service. It opens Enhance using your hosting account permissions.
- If the link is missing or returns an access error, contact Dprime support and include the service name.
Important
Use your own Dprime account. Never send a password, recovery code or two-factor authentication code in a support ticket.
Complete these first checks
- Confirm the website name and primary domain are correct.
- Check that your domain points to the hosting service before expecting SSL or email to work.
- Open the website once using HTTPS and confirm that it reaches the expected application.
- Create a fresh backup before importing a site or making a major change.
- Review your account contact email so renewal and service notices reach the right person.
When to contact Dprime
Contact us if a tool shown in this guide is unavailable, if the service is suspended, or if the control panel reports a server-level error. Package permissions and server placement are managed by Dprime and cannot always be changed from the customer panel.
