Mail Solo includes one mailbox with 2GB total storage. Mail Team has five mailboxes sharing 5GB. Mail Business has fifteen mailboxes sharing 10GB, and Mail Office has twenty sharing 10GB. Every mailbox is limited to 2GB within the plan total. Each plan uses one domain. Website hosting and domain registration are separate.
At equal usage, Mail Business provides about 667MB per mailbox and Mail Office about 500MB. You can divide the shared space differently within the 2GB individual limit. More addresses do not add storage. Ask for an upgrade or storage quote before the plan fills.
Use an address on a domain you own. Your website can stay with another provider while we host your email. We review the domain settings before changing where new mail is delivered.
Domain registration is separate. These plans provide ordinary business email. Bulk campaigns, external delivery relays and office software subscriptions are outside the plan.
Tell us which addresses you need and where the domain is managed. We agree on the required DNS changes and provide the connection details for supported email apps.
Every email plan includes initial setup of its mailboxes and basic domain configuration. Moving existing messages, repeated device assistance and more involved troubleshooting are quoted separately.
