Click "Forgot Password" on the client area login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Login to the client area, go to your hosting service, and click "Login to cPanel". You can also access it directly at yourdomain.com/cpanel.
First, check if it's a DNS issue by clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, submit an urgent support ticket through the client area.
Login to the client area, go to your hosting service, and click "Upgrade/Downgrade". Select your new plan and complete the order.
