3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is due at the time of service activation and upon each renewal period. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Our full SLA details and compensation policies are available in our Service Level Agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. This includes but is not limited to illegal content, spam, malware distribution, or any activity that could harm our infrastructure or other customers.

7. Data Backup

While we provide automatic backups as part of our service, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups of all data. We recommend keeping independent backups of all important files and databases.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting services. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and migration services are non-refundable.

9. Service Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any activity that threatens the security or performance of our infrastructure. We will attempt to notify you before any suspension when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dprime Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
